一、职位描述
深度理解医院影像业务流程，负责医疗影像云平台与医院的数据对接、影像质量审核与质控体系搭建。
核心目标：进行云端影像诊断质量，推动影像业务标准化，进行医保核算审核模型开发。

二、核心职责
1. 医院数据对接
参与云平台与医院HIS/LIS/PACS系统的DICOM/HL7接口对接，制定数据清洗与同步方案。
2. 影像质控全流程管理
建立云端影像质控标准（分辨率、伪影、扫描规范等），审核上传影像质量。
分析质控问题，反馈相应医疗机构。
开发医保风控模型。

三、任职要求
1. 专业背景：
医疗、信息化等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 经验要求：
熟悉国家医疗数据安全法规及DICOM/HL7数据字段；
熟悉医疗数据合规/HIS/PACS要素；
3. 加分技能：
熟悉DICOM/HL7协议：能解析数据字段、配置通讯节点、排查传输故障。
HIS/PACS交互知识：了解患者信息流转、报告生成与调阅逻辑。
影像质控能力：熟悉CT/MR/DR等质控参数（如CT值线性、MR信噪比）。
