岗位职责：
1、负责公司合同的合法性、合规性审查，提出修改意见；
2、参与公司的合同（包括拆迁补偿合同及补充协议）、公司规章制度以及法律性文件的审查、修改、制定工作，监督合同的履行；
3、为公司各部门提供法律咨询，协助处理法律纠纷；
4、完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、全日制本科以上学历，法学类专业，通过国家司法考试；
2、一年以上法律事务经验者、持律师证者优先，有房地产企业法务经验优先；
3、熟悉相应的经济法、公司法、合同法、房地产法律法规、土地法律法规、工程建设法律法规等知识；
4、熟练使用办公软件；
5、良好的语言表达能力、分析判断能力、逻辑思维能力。
