职责描述：
1、根据公司发展战略规划，进行公司品牌战略规划及品牌体系建设；
2、围绕楼盘项目，挖掘客群需求，进行品牌内容策划，促进品牌推广；
3、熟悉公司业务及活动产品，定期撰写文章并进行实时报道
4、通过策划和执行品牌推广方案，对外扩大头部用户和内容的影响力，产出具传播影响力的策划项目；
5、负责策划相关故事，结合热点策划一系列事件，形成粉丝文化和影响力；
6、负责楼盘项目的资料收集、归整、汇总，项目推广视频的剪辑处理；
7、配合部门后勤支援性工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，汉语言文学、广告学、中文、新闻传播或品牌管理等相关专业；
2、1年及以上房地产品牌文案策划工作经验
3、较强的文字表达能力，善于撰写产品特性文案，熟悉市场推广文案撰写，并能独立撰写符合要求的文案；
4、具有良好沟通能力，抗压能力，有较好的创新精神、团队合作精神、沟通协调能力及执行能力。
