1、负责区域各项目质量计划和相关质量体系的建立；
2、审核、审查工程质量有关的文件和资料；
3、负责工程项目质量管理体系的运行监督、检查与考核；
4、负责分阶段提出质量控制要点；
5、组织实施现场质量检验，对潜在不合格隐患发出整改通知；
6、对产生质量问题的责任方进行处罚，并组织检查质量整改的落实情况；
7、审核工程竣工验收后向质量监督部门报送的建设工程质量监督报告；
8、对工程的质量进行现场巡检和检查评价、验收、监督；
9、负责与施工单位、监理、质检站等方面相关质量以及验收工作的沟通与协调；
10、负责组织监理单位进行检验批、分项、分部工程以及样板的质量验收；
11、参与质量事故的调查、分析和处理工作。
任职资格：
1、具有建筑、工程等相关专业统招本科及以上学历；
2、具有5年及以上建筑工程质量管理工作经验；
3、熟悉国家在工程建设质量管理方面的法律、法规，以及公司在质量管理方面的各项规章制度和施工质量管理的相关知识；
4、具有中级职称；
5、严谨，务实，忠诚敬业，责任心强，冷静果断，坚持原则；
6、具有较强的沟通影响能力、组织指导和协调能力。
