-本科及以上学历。

2.工作经验：

-熟悉Java语言和面向对象编程思想、熟悉J2EE相关技术，至少3年以上JAVA开发实际工作经验（如代码能力强工作经验不限）；具备良好的系统分析能力、逻辑思维能力和独立分析解决问题能力；

-对多线程/线程池、事务、反射、IO、高并发、锁等有较深入的理解

-熟练oracle、mysql等关系型数据库设计，了解数据库常用优化技巧如：索引、分表等

-熟练Spring技术栈，如Spring, Springboot，SpringCloud等，熟悉常用ORM框架与原理，如Mybatis/ibatis、Hibernate；

-熟悉分布式中间件，了解分布式缓存Redis原理、消息队列(ActiveMQ、Kafka等)、Zookeeper、Elasticsearch、FastDFS等项目原理;

-熟悉应用服务器软件Tomcat、Weblogic等中间件配置和部署

-熟悉掌握常见PowerDesigner、SVN/Gitlab/Git、Jenkins、Sonar/findbugs、Gradle/Maven、PlantUml等软件开发管理管理工具、熟悉linux常用命令

-有前端开发框架如Vue.js、Element-ui、Jquery等相关开发经验者优先

-具备很强的抗压能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作精神，能独立推动目标和结果的达成;

-有基于SpringCloud相关开发经验优先；
