岗位职责：
1:协助完成广告投放项目的全流程执行工作,包括项目启动后的资料收集、方案细化、流程节点把控,确保项目按计划推进,及时同步各环节进展顺利
2:负责线下活动的现场执行支持,同时配合推进线上联动工作,实时跟进线上线下进度,处理突发问题,保障整体活动效果
3:承担项目内部跨部门(创意、设计、客户服务)及外部合作方(媒体平台、供应商等)的沟通协调工作,精准传递项目需求与信息,确保各环节高效配合。
4:收集线上(如曝光量、点击率、转化率)及线下(如投放覆盖人群、活动参与人数)项目数据,进行分类整理与初步分析,形成项目结案报告,为项目优化与后续投放策略调整及项目结算提供依据
5:负责项目内部各项流程工作,整理项目及活动的各类资料归档,,便于项目复盘与后续查阅。
任职要求：
1:对广告行业有基本认知,熟悉线上(社交媒体、信息流、直播)及线下活动营销等广告形式与运作模式,了解全渠道营销逻辑,能快速适应线上线下结合的工作场景。
2:深入了解主流线上媒体(如抖音、微信、小红书等)及线下活动等营销模式,熟悉不同媒体的基础投放规则与优势,具备基础媒介思路。
3:善于沟通,具备清晰的语言表达与倾听能力,能精准对接指令,协调内部跨部门需求及外部合作方,有效解决沟通问题,保障项目顺畅推进。
4:工作积极主动,有强烈责任心与高效执行力,能主动跟进线上线下项目进度、预判潜在风险并及时反馈,面对紧急或复杂任务,能保持高效工作状态。
5:具备线上线下项目基础执行能力,熟练操作办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT、AI使用)及常用线上工具,能协助完成方案基础撰写等工作。
