主要职责：
1. Develop execute sourcing strategies flocalization cost reduction of related commodities
制定并执行相关产品的本地化和降低成本的战略采购任务
2. Search, develop, manage maintain a qualified potential supply base in China fassigned categories
为特定的产品类别在中国寻找、开发、管理和维护合格且有潜力的供应商
3. Follow up complete the job of product localization, coordinate SQE, Engineering supplier on local development of commodities
跟踪并高效完成产品本地化开发工作，协调工程，质量和供应商完成产品本地化工作
4. Monitthe trend of RM maintain price in ERP system timely
监控市场原材料价格并完成系统价格定期维护
5. Evaluate supplier’s performance take the correct action to improve.
评估供应商业绩并采取正确的措施来改善
6. Responsible fsupplier contract negotiation, renew & suppliers agreements
负责供应商合同谈判，续订及更新
7. Follow up execute design changes according to drawings specification
根据图纸或说明书跟进及执行设计变更
8. Responsible fexecuting the entire sourcing process from supplier assessment, quote analysis, negotiation, supplier selection approval, sampleder, parts approval serial production
负责执行完整的采购流程，从供应评估，报价分析，谈判，供应商选择和确认，样品定单，零部件确认到量产
9. Other relevant tasks maybe assigned by SupervisCompany
公司及上级领导安排的其他相关工作
任职资格：
本科学历，理工类相关专业
4年以上采购或供应商质量管理工作经验
有供应商流程改进经验者优先
有畜牧设备行业工作经验者优先
语言水平：英语四级或以上
良好的英语沟通能力
