Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct FPGA-based ASIC prototype bringup by porting ASIC RTL code to proFPGA platforms, accelerating Customer’s SW development. Collaborate with hardware & software teams fsystem integration, board-level debugging cross-platform development.
2. Optimize FPGA resource utilization timing performance to resolve technical bottlenecks. Integrate high-speed interface modules including but not limited PCIe, DDR, Ethernet low speed interface such as I2C, SPI softmodel fexample: SPI-Flash, EMMC, SD card.
3. Prepare Engagement plan, evaluation report, bring up summary to ensure traceability.
4. Explore FPGA applications in AI acceleration, 5G communication autonomous driving. Innovate prototyping methodologies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, related fields.
2. 3+ years of FPGA experience is a must, prototyping experience in Veloce proFPGA, Haps other platform would be preferred, Emulation experience in Veloce Strato, ZEBU & Palladium could be a plus.
3. Proficient in Verilog/VHDL with experience in complex logic design, Family with Vivado Quartus, timing constraints (SDC), Simulatdebug tools (ILA/SignalTap). Experience in VPS ProtoCompiler would be a strong plus.
4 Knowledge fFPGA prototyping workflows including but not limited to synthesis, partition multi-FPGA debug. Knowledge of Virtual/TBX could be a strong plus.
5. Oral English written English skills. Customer-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.
6. Limited business travel（up to 25% of working time）fsystem deployment cross-site collaboration.
