任职资格：
1、熟悉html、css、JavaScript、ajax等前端基础技术、熟悉jquery等JS库；
2、熟练掌握MVC开发模式，熟练使用laravel5+开源框架以及laravel-admin；
3、熟练使用MySQL数据库，能够根据需求设计数据库，并进行性能优化；
4、熟悉Memcached、Redis等nosql技术，掌握Redis队列实现异步任务（如系统邮件通知）；
5、熟悉Linux常用命令,能独立完成linux环境的应用部署工作；
6、具有良好的时间管理和多项目管理能力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中保持高效率；
7、能独立分析和解决问题，有责任感，能承受一定的工作压力；
