岗位职责：
1、根据公司及产品发展战略，建设并完善产品质量管理体系，制定产品质量标准和规范及质量改进规划。
2、组织产品开发和业务运营过程定义、流程设计及优化工作等，协助产品负责人提升业务质量和运作效率。
3、监控产品开发过程中的业务关键点质量，确保产品的质量符合公司的标准和规范。
4、审核产品测试结果，包括功能测试、性能测试、兼容性测试等，确保产品符合用户的要求和期望。
5、评估产品开发过程中存在的问题和风险，提出解决方案，保障公司产品品质。
6、汇总、分析产品开发过程中出现的以及客户反馈的质量问题，提出改进方案，并推动落实改进活动，不断提高产品的质量和客户满意度。
7、对业务团队进行质量管理知识、方法等的培训赋能，以提高团队成员的质量意识和技能水平。
8、主导公司产品质量文化的构建和宣导。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、5年及以上软件质量管理相关工作经验（含3年及以上质量管理/项目管理工作经验，1年及以上开发/测试等软件研发工作经验）；
3、精通产品开发周期管理，且有多年成功实践经验，并能开拓性开展工作；
4、熟练掌握质量管理、流程管理及项目管理相关知识，包括但不限于ISO9001、PMP、新老质量工具等；
5、具备优秀的沟通能力、组织计划能力、问题分析和解决能力、跨部门协调能力。
