负责统筹事业部内各工厂的生产计划（包括订单评审、生产排产、生产执行情况追踪）、物料计划、库存、仓储和内部物流的管理，确保生产目标的达成、物料供应的及时性和准确性，以及库存的优化。
1、负责生产计划管理：制定和实施事业部的生产计划管理制度、并监督生产计划的执行情况，确保生产目标的达成；
2、负责物料控制：管理物料需求预测，分析和控制库存在合理的水平，确保物料供应的及时性和准确性；
3、负责仓储管理：规划和管理仓库的布局和内部物流，确保库存的有效存储和内部物流的优化；
4、负责产能规划：根据公司发展战略，整合销售、库存等信息，制定合理的产能规划，供公司做决策；
5、协助推进信息化：如APS，MES等。
任职要求：
1、统招本科，985/211优先；40岁以内，如特别优秀，可放宽到45岁以内；英语：听说读写流利；
2、8年以上生产计划、物料控制相关的工作经验；
3、具备PMC变革经验尤佳，能领导团队快速优化流程，建立并实施标准；
4、具备优秀的数据分析能力，对数据敏感；
5、工作认真负责、有较强的自驱力，有较强的沟通能力和抗压能力。
