2、团队管理与技术落地
领导10-20人后端/全栈团队，制定开发规范、技术评审流程和效能提升方案（参考大厂如腾讯的Code Review机制）。与算法团队深度协作，推动AI项目从实验到生产的全链路落地（如A/B测试、灰度发布）。
3、业务场景赋能
针对AI驱动业务（如智能客服、生成式内容平台），设计可扩展的技术方案，平衡研发效率与系统稳定性。探索大模型（LLM）与现有业务的结合点，主导Agent框架、RAG等技术的工程化实践。
4、大厂级技术攻坚
解决高并发场景下的AI服务瓶颈（如GPU资源调度、分布式推理优化）。
建立完善的容灾体系，保障核心服务SLA≥99.99%（参考AWS/Azure的运维标准）。

任职要求
1、5年以上后端开发经验，3年以上大厂（阿里/腾讯/字节/美团等）核心业务线技术负责人经验。主导过日活千万级以上的系统架构设计或AI项目工程化落地优先。
2、技术能力：精通微服务（Spring Cloud/K8s）、数据库分库分表、消息队列（Kafka/Pulsar）。熟悉AI工程化工具链：MLflow/Kubeflow/Triton Inference Server等。
