工作内容
（1）负责地质雷达（GPR）回波信号处理算法的研究、设计与工程实现；
（2）针对地质雷达数据特点，进行背景去除、直达波抑制、增益补偿（AGC）、去噪、时零校正等处理算法的设计与优化；
（3）负责 A-Scan/B-scan / C-scan 数据的信号增强、特征提取与可视化算法改进；
（4）参与地质雷达数据的目标识别、层析结构分析、异常体检测等算法研究；
（5）协助完成地质雷达系统的实验数据分析、算法验证及现场测试支持；
（6）与系统、硬件团队配合，进行地质雷达整体信噪比、穿透深度和分辨率的算法优化。
工作经验要求
（1）统招硕士学历，2 年及以上雷达信号处理或地质雷达相关工作经验；
（2）具备地质雷达、超宽带雷达或相关工程项目经验。
岗位要求
（1）地球物理、电子信息、通信工程、雷达工程、信号与信息处理等相关专业专科及以上学历；
（2）熟悉地质雷达信号特点（强直达波、强背景、多径与衰减明显）；
（3）熟练使用 MATLAB 进行 GPR 数据处理、算法验证与结果分析；
（4）掌握时域/频域/时频域分析方法，具备低频、宽带脉冲信号处理经验；
（5）熟悉去背景、去直达波、时间增益补偿（SEC/AGC）等 GPR 常用算法；
（6）具备 C / C++ 或 Python 编程能力，能够完成算法原型到工程实现；
（7）有 GPR 数据解释、地下目标识别或地质结构分析经验者优先。
