岗位职责：

1、独立完成中大型项目的系统分析、设计，并主导完成详细设计和编码的任务，确保项目的进度和质量；

2、主导技术难题攻关，持续提升核心系统的高处理性能；

3、针对新人、普通开发人员进行有效辅导，帮助其快速成长。

任职要求：

1、3年及以上JAVA开发经验，本科及以上学历；

2、JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架；并对JVM有一定了解，能对JVM做性能分析及调优者优先；

3、熟悉使用Spring、Mybatis等主流开源框架，并理解其实现原理；熟悉mysql、redis、有es/solr/lucene/分词技术相关开发经验者优先

4、熟练linux、Tomcat、Nginx等开源的服务器的配置

5、有SOA实施经验优先，熟悉一种主流服务化框架（Dubbo，Spring Cloud）者使用者优先；6、熟悉HTML/CSS/JS等技术，有电商业务或者互联网业务背景者优先

7、良好的面向对象设计能力，对互联网高并发、高可用和复用有一定的实践经验；

8、学习能力强，热爱技术，个性乐观开朗，逻辑性强、善于总结。
