【职责描述】
1. 客户对接与需求落地：
-负责中国和美国重点客户的技术对接、需求调研与方案落地，承担一部分解决方案售前支持工作职责；
-将客户业务需求转化为技术实现路径，协调产品、研发、运维团队；
2. 现场支持与部署：
-驻点支持门店设备（AI硬件交互终端）的安装、调试与验收；
-解决现场软硬件问题，保障设备稳定运行；
-定期培训客户的店员/运维人员，提高使用率；
3. 问题排查与反馈：
-快速定位问题（硬件/软件/网络/交互逻辑/大模型）并推动解决；
-收集用户反馈和场景数据，形成优化建议，推动产品迭代；
4. 跨国支持
-参与美国市场的门店部署与客户支持；
-熟悉中美客户在零售流程、隐私合规、交互习惯上的差异，输出本地化建议。

【任职要求】

1. 专业背景
-本科及以上学历，计算机/电子/自动化/通信等相关专业；
-具备 IoT 设备、智能硬件或 SaaS 产品的实施经验；
2. 技能要求
-熟悉 Linux / Android 系统调试，能进行基础网络配置与日志分析；
-有 AI、ASR、TTS、人机交互相关产品经验优先；
-中英文流利，能与美国客户独立沟通。
3. 经验要求
-3 年以上 FAE / 技术支持 / 售前售后经验
-有跨国客户服务或出海项目经验优先
-能接受频繁出差（国内 + 海外）
