岗位职责：
1、负责公司核心产品中医学影像采集、传输、存储与显示模块的设计、开发与维护。
2、独立完成与各类医疗设备（CT/MR/DR/超声等）的 DICOM 协议对接，解决设备兼容性与非标数据处理问题。
3、负责医学影像浏览器核心功能的开发与优化，包括影像加载、窗宽窗位调节、缩放漫游、多帧播放等。
4、封装可复用的影像处理组件与工具类，提升团队整体开发效率。
5、协助技术负责人进行技术难点攻关，参与系统架构设计与代码评审。
6、编写相关技术文档，包括设计文档、接口文档与问题解决方案。
任职资格：
1、计算机、生物医学工程、医学影像技术或相关专业，统招本科及以上学历。
2、具备 3 年以上医学影像软件开发经验，有医疗行业项目经验，有独立完成 PACS 系统、影像浏览器或设备对接项目的实战经历。
3、精通 JAVA，熟悉 fo-dicom、DCMTK、VTK/ITK，dcm4che 等库的使用，具备扎实的面向对象编程思想。
4、深入理解 DICOM 3.0 标准协议，熟练掌握 fo-dicom、DCMTK、VTK/ITK 等主流医学影像处理库的原理与应用，能独立处理设备对接中的通信、解析与显示问题。
5、熟悉医学影像的像素数据处理、窗宽窗位算法、图像渲染与显示优化。
6、具备良好的问题排查与解决能力，能独立分析和解决设备通信、数据解析、图像显示等常见技术难题。
7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
优先加分项：
1、有医疗信息化、熟悉 PACS 系统架构或具备算法集成经验者优先考虑；
2、有AI影像辅助诊断或大型医疗设备软件集成经验者优先考虑。
