职位要求：
1、计算机相关专业，1-3年及以上工作经验，熟悉java WEB后端开发，有大数据平台开发经验者优先；
2、熟悉主流的Java开源框架，不仅限于Springboot、MyBatis，Redis，Zookeeper等，了解Hadoop相关的技术生态者优先；
3、熟悉JVM，了解垃圾回收机制原理，有线上处理OOM等相关问题经验；
4、具有较强的抗压能力和学习能力，能与部门内部团队无障碍沟通，把控产品、项目线的业务细节和技术细节，具有一定的抗压能力；
5、工作认真，逻辑条理清晰，有良好的团队协作精神，能快速适应环境，有较强的执行力和责任感。
6、具备源码阅读能力及经历。
7、具备 AI 编程工具（如 Claude code, Codex，Gemini cli 等）在实际研发中的使用经验，能够利用 AI 进行代码生成、重构、单元测试编写及问题排查，提高开发效率
