6.持续学习新技术（如AI框架、云原生）‌；
三、【任职要求】
1.本科及以上学历，具备至少3年以上开发经验，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业优先‌；
2.至少精通1-2种主流语言（如Java/Python/C++/Go）‌；
3.熟悉Spring Boot、React、Docker等开发框架及工具链‌；
4.掌握高并发、分布式系统设计及性能优化方法‌；
