岗位职责：
1、做为团队核心开发，负责公司自主产品的设计、研发；
2、根据产品需求进行相关软件设计、研发工作；
3、负责相关技术文档的编写；
4、负责代码的日常维护、故障定位、缺陷修改，为用户提供技术支持；
5、对系统性能、安全性、稳定性、可测试性方面提出设计和优化建议并实施；
6、参与或主持开发技术规范制定、管控、实施等工作；
7、参与或负责部分技术框架定义、输出工作。
任职要求：
1、计算机、电子、通信、自动化相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上JAVA开发经验、2年以上系统架构经验、3年以上互联网产品开发经验，有大型电商平台、网约车平台产品、汽车后服务平台开发经验者优先；
3、精通基于JavaEE架构的大型系统技术，熟悉掌握常见开源框架和技术，熟练使用springmvc、springboot、springcloud等;
4、精通Kafka\RocketMQ\ActiveMQ等消息中间件技术；精通Redis\geode缓存技术；精通Spark框架；精通Linux操作，有Docker\jekenis部署经验；精通Netty开发；精通MySql/MongoDB数据库；（精通上述2项以上优先）
5、熟悉TCP/IP协议开发，对MQTT协议有一定的开发经验；
6、能够设计复杂业务、高并发、大数量的系统，能够解决各种疑难杂症，系统优化；
7、有较强的业务分析、设计能力；
8、有很强自我驱动和组织协调能力，要有超强抗压能力和责任心。
