About the Role
We’re looking ftalented UX/UI designers who live breathe Figma, design systems, UI craft. At SprintRay, our products help dental professionals around the world deliver better dental care using our cutting-edge technology like 3D printing AI-assisted prosthetic design. In this role, you’ll partner with US-based UX product management teams, building UI systems that bring our products to life while delighting our users.

What Youll Do
●Partner with UX product teams in the US to define understproblem statements, then UI solutions that are both functional aesthetic
●Design beautiful experiences grounded in user research insight, executing UI design to an extremely high level of craft
●Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are brought to life, understanding technical requirements performing design QA during all phases of development
●Build consistency across platforms by using contributing to our Figma design system, helping unify customer experiences across interface types
●Understour industry, which exists at the intersection of 3D printing dentistry, then put that knowledge to use to common-sense designs
●Recurring UX/UI audits to ensure development efforts are properly tracking with UX/UI design
●Iterate rapidly based on internal feedback, tech requirements, business needs
●Present your work confidently to stakeholders in the US advocate fuser needs
What Were Looking For
Essential:
●5 years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio that shows both strategic thinking a high level of design craft
●Advanced Figma skills - you should know components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping inside out
●Design system experience - building maintaining component libraries, contributing to a multi-user design system, executing at the highest level of UI craft
●Experience designing 3D experiences - you understthe challenges have experience designing fimmersive interfaces like video games other CAD software
●Sleeves-up attitude - when something needs to get done, you have no problem buckling down taking care of it, regardless of departmental lines
●Professional English proficiency (advanced/fluent C1+) - this role collaborates very closely with US-based teams will design English-language user interfaces, so a high level of English proficiency is a must
Bonus Points:
●Understanding of front-end development processes
●Familiarity with design tools beyond Figma (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
●Experience in 3D printing dentistry
●Motion design micro-interaction experience
