【岗位职责】

1. 根据硬件原理图独立完成2‑4层PCB布局布线（工控、IO控制板、电源板）；

2. 绘制元器件封装，输出Gerber、钻孔、坐标、BOM、装配图全套量产资料；

3. DFM检查，对接PCB厂、SMT厂，跟进试产问题整改；

4.配合完成项目评审、样机调试、整改优化；协助处理EMC、干扰、发热、稳定性等硬件问题，从Layout角度优化整改方案；

5.PCB版本管控，研发文档归档。

【任职要求】

1. 电子、电气、自动化、微电子等相关专业，大专及以上学历。

2. 熟练使用AD、Cadence、PADS任意一种主流Layout软件，具备2层–4层板独立layout经验。

3. 熟悉阻抗计算、差分、等长、电源分割、地完整性、高频布线、安规间距、散热布局原则。

4. 熟悉PCB生产工艺、SMT工艺、DFM设计，懂量产优先，能独立解决生产、测试问题。

5. 熟悉工控、电源、消费电子、线束控制板任意一类产品经验优先。

6. 工作严谨、逻辑清晰，具备良好的跨部门沟通、项目跟进、问题闭环能力。
