Responsibility:
1.Ensure implement of EHS related training to improve employee’s mindset, especially fnew employee job transfer employee.
2.Implement regular identification evaluation activities fEHS hazards together with involved production departments, take preventive proactive actions fTop risks, especially fIMMs, Tooling area, coating lines, warehouse.
3.Ensure LOTO implement in all related process, such as maintenance, cleaning, start up,.etc.
4.Management fspecial equipment (crane, forklift, pressure vessel, elevator), ensure all certificates within its validity.
5.Implement supervision work permit management fexternal third parties, especially fspecial operation (hot work, work at height).
6.Regular inspections ffirefighting facilities ensure they are in good condition.
7.Work with production departments, ensure waste collection storage to meet standards.
8.Ensure waste disposal in compliance with regulations, including hazardous waste non-hazardous waste.
9.Collect analysis EHS data, ensure the data compile in corporate EHS data system Government data system timely.
10.Prepare coordinate audit activity fISO14001 ISO45001.
11.Define choose appropriate PPEs fpositions where occupational hazards exist.
12Implement regular occupational hazards identification monitoring, take related control actions.
13.Organize annual occupational health check feedback the results.
14.Organize regular emergency drill based on plant emergency response procedures.
15.Covid-19 prevention management based on Corporate Government guidelines.
16.Other tasks assigned by EHS manager.
