4、制定奖惩方案，结合标准流程制度进行落地，并监督落地执行情况；
5、负责全面规划和优化公司的仓储业务，确保存储与流转效率，降低仓配成本，结合效率产出总量，采用管理、工具、流程等方式做成本优化降低；
6、根据市场变化，及时调整、优化运营方案，实现利润目标；
7、整体仓储规划与优化，更新并优化人员组织结构，结合智能硬件行业的特性，进行仓储流程的创新与优化；
8、日常仓储运营管理，确保库存管理准确及人员出入安全、货品进出规范。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，物流相关专业，40岁以内；
2.5年以上物流同行业经验，3年以上管理经验；
3.熟练掌握仓储.物流管理相关专业知识，了解大型冻品类企业仓储管理；
4.熟悉终端、拣运、车队等同一或者多模块业务；
5.具备完整的管理理念和管理经验；
6.熟练使用office等办公软件。
