岗位职责
1. 负责B端生鲜平台订单履约全流程管理，统筹订单审核、拆分、拦截、下发仓库执行及全状态跟踪，确保各渠道订单按时履约。
2. 统筹售后管理工作，建立高效售后响应机制，处理客户投诉、退换货及异常订单，提升客户满意度。
3. 负责订单中心团队的日常管理、排班安排、人员培养与绩效考核，打造高效执行团队。
4. 制定并优化订单中心各项运营指标（履约率、订单时效、异常率等），建立和完善标准化作业流程（SOP），持续提升运营效率。
5. 负责订单履约数据的统计、分析与监控，定期输出数据报表（履约率、时效达成、异常订单分析），通过数据驱动业务优化。
6. 与仓储、物流、供应链等部门紧密配合，协同处理缺货、改单、退单等跨部门问题，保障订单全链路顺畅运转。
7. 核对各类订单单据，协助财务完成对账工作，登记订单业务问题台账。
任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，男女不限。
2. 3年以上电商从业经验，至少1年以上生鲜电商订单中心管理或资深专员经验。
3. 熟悉B端订单履约全流程，有冷链供应链相关经验优先。
4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel及订单管理系统，能独立输出履约时效等核心报表。
5. 具备团队管理能力与跨部门协调能力，工作细致、责任心强，能承受业务高峰期工作压力。
