一、岗位职责
1、负责公司自主控制阀、现场仪表等产品在指定海外区域（如中东、东南亚、欧洲等）的市场拓展、销售及品牌推广。
2、深入调研目标市场，分析行业趋势、竞争格局及客户需求，制定并执行区域销售策略与年度计划。
3、独立开发并维护当地代理商、分销渠道，直接对接终端客户（如EPC工程公司、大型工业集团、运营商等），推动项目落地。
4、全程跟进海外重点项目，包括技术交流、方案设计、报价谈判、合同签订及交付协调，确保项目顺利执行。
5、收集市场动态与客户反馈，协同研发、技术团队优化产品与解决方案，提升海外市场竞争力。
二、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，自动化、仪器仪表、机械、国际贸易等相关专业背景。
2、至少5年以上仪器仪表行业海外销售经验，成功主导过多个海外工业项目（如石化、电力领域）的全程销售案例，熟悉国际项目运作模式，有控制阀、流量计、压力变送器等现场仪表产品销售经验者优先。
4、深度了解全球仪器仪表市场格局，熟悉主要区域（如中东、亚洲、欧洲）的行业标准、客户采购习惯及竞争态势。
5、具备成熟的海外渠道资源（代理商、设计院、终端客户），能快速建立本地化业务网络。
6、出色的跨文化商务谈判能力，英语可作为工作语言（流利书面及口语），掌握多语种者优先。
7、结果导向，抗压性强，能适应高频次海外出差。
8、具备较强的市场洞察力、资源整合能力及独立开拓精神。
