2. 参与项目需求分析，应用模块设计，编写相关流程文档。
3. 与上下游（如硬件底层、后端服务等）团队紧密配合，高效完成通讯协议、硬件驱动的对接与联调。
岗位要求：
1. 5年以上Android开发经验，具备扎实的Java/Kotlin基本功和良好的代码规范；深入理解并熟练应用MVVM、Clean Architecture、组件化等架构思想。
2. 熟悉UART、I2C、SPI、GPIO等底层硬件接口的运行原理，熟悉常见的工业通讯协议，能够根据驱动或协议文档独立完成对接与调试。
3. 熟悉JNI/NDK开发与联调；精通C/C++与Java跨语言调用时的内存管理与性能调优，能够有效控制GC开销及防止内存泄漏。
4. 精通Android内存与性能优化机制，熟练使用内存分析、性能排查及网络通信等各类开发与诊断工具。
5. 有IoT、工业手持终端、工业上位机控制系统等相关领域开发经验者优先。
