指导并监督各部门绩效目标的设定、过程跟踪、考核评估及结果反馈应用。
分析绩效数据，为人才选拔、培训开发、薪酬激励等人力资源决策提供依据。
合规与基础管理：
确保薪酬福利政策的合规性，跟进相关法律法规的变化。
负责薪酬、绩效相关制度的编写、宣导与执行。
管理和维护人力资源信息系统中的薪酬绩效模块。
任职资格：
统招本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、劳动经济学、统计学、财务管理等相关专业。
具备5年以上医药、化工或制造业人力资源工作经验。
精通薪酬体系设计、岗位评估、绩效管理工具和方法论，并有成功的项目实践案例。
具备极强的数据敏感度和分析能力，能熟练使用Excel进行复杂的数据处理和分析（如数据透视表、VLOOKUP、图表制作等），掌握Power BI/Tableau者更佳。
具备高度的保密意识、严谨细致的工作作风，以及良好的沟通协调和逻辑思维能力。
持有人力资源管理师三级证书；
