岗位职责：
1、负责生产设备维修与调试；
2、负责设备计划性维护保养计划的实施；
3、参与公司的自动化改造项目，负责设备改造与升级；
4、负责设备日常点检的监督与稽核；
5、负责设备零备件的管理；
6、领导交办的其他事项。
任职资格：
1、中专及以上学历，机电一体化、机械工程等相关专业；
2、年龄25-45岁，3年以上油压机、冲床或数控机床维修与保养工作经验，熟悉机床的工作原理、结构组成和操作流程；掌握机床常见故障的诊断方法和维修技巧；
3、具备扎实的机械、电气和液压专业知识，熟练阅读和理解机械图纸、液压原理图和电气电路图；有一定的绘图能力；
4、良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的责任心与敬业精神。
