岗位职责：
1、公司现有锻压车间和机加工车间，常用设备有冲床、液压机、加工中心、数控车床等。要求能根据生产、技术等业务部门的需求，对现有设备进行升级或自动化改造；
2、负责具体技术改造方案的设计，包括技术研讨、零部件计算选型、出工程图等。
3、根据技术方案对所需材料和加工成本做相关预算。计算设备节拍等，测算方案效益等；
4、与电气工程师配合，保障方案落地，指导生产装配调试，解决问题点。
任职要求：
1.专科以上学历，机械设计制造、机电一体化等相关专业，条件优越者可放宽；
2.5年以上非标自动化设计经验；
3.熟练使用SolidWorks,CAD等设计选型软件；
4.可独立负责项目，包括需求沟通、方案设计、方案检讨改进、设备整体出图；
5.具备扎实的机械设计知识，精通各种气动、电动等专业知识及元件选型及应用能力；
6.具备基本加工知识，熟悉常用各种材质性能，对零件可加工性和成本有清晰认识，有成本控制理念；
7.较好的沟通能力和合作意识，积极参与团队解决疑难问题，具备分析问题能力及创新能力。
