岗位职责：
1.根据法律法规、标准的要求和变化以及公司生产经营变化、及时组织公司进行质量管理体系相关文件的调整；
2.指导各部门修订和完善公司质量管理体系相关文件，并确保其有效性；
3.负责指导各部门起草编制及修改质量体系文件和记录表格；
4.负责质量管理体系知识的培训和宣传贯彻，确保全员参与；
5.负责公司质量管理体系运行的日常监督、检查和指导；
6.负责生产过程的质量监控，保证生产严格按规程文件操作，及时向质量管理部总监汇报有关质量管理存在的问题；
7.组织质量管理体系的内审和自检，督促不合格项的整改和纠正/预防措施的落实；
8.负责质量信息的收集、整理、汇总，负责质量事故的调查和报告。
9.负责不良事件及重大质量事故的上报及文档的保存；
10.负责与产品质量有关数据的统计分析；
11.负责GMP相关设备仪器、工艺、方法等验证；
12.负责监视测量设备校准管理工作。制定监视测量设备校准计划，并按时进行检定工作；对不合格的器具仪器实施一票否决权，予与封存，修复复验后方可使用；
13.组织质量管理体系的内审和自检，督促不合格项的整改和纠正/预防措施的落实；
14.责质量信息的收集、整理、汇总、跟进，负责召回及质量事故的调查和报告；
15.负责经营体系的文件的编制和梳理，部门日常监督检查，培训和年度的内审；
16.负责跟进经营体系中不符合项的纠正预防措施的落实和验证。
任职要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，211院校优先，具有1年以上QA工作经验，医药相关专业优先；
2.有经营法规(GSP)相关工作经验；
3.有医疗器械产品注册相关工作经验者优先考虑；
4.有质量管理体系文件编写经验；熟悉生产、检验流程管理；
5.有洁净间相关工作经验，熟悉相关检测项目要求、周期等；
6.有内审证书，熟悉ISO 13485相关标准和GMP管理制度。
