职责要求:
1、负责团队相关项目python后端开发工作；
2、能够独立承担研发职责，对代码和设计质量负责；
3、完成交办的其他相关研发工作；
4、负责梳理和优化python开发流程，搭建高效集成的开发环境，提高python开发质量和效率；
5、根据项目需求和.上级分配的任务，编写项目设计文档，完成软件开发工作和调试工作，确保开发任务按时保质完成;
6、保持好奇心和学习欲望，基于运维开发理念及相关技术，对前沿技术进行探索研究。
职责要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，两年或以上后台开发经验
2、扎实的python编程基础，熟悉python的高级特性
3、精通MySql、Redis、Nginx、ElasticSearch 等开源组件，理解TCP/IP,HTTP等网络协议
4、熟悉python web开发(flask、Django、tornado任意一种web框架),熟悉RESTful API
5、熟悉scrapy等爬虫框架，selenium、appium等自动化测试工具库
6、熟悉svn、git相关代码管理工具的使用；
7、了解python多进程、多线程、协程、网络编程；
9、熟悉相关大数据框架和数据挖掘原理的优先考虑。
8、沟通能力、理解能力、学习能力强，能按时完成安排的工作，拥有独立解决问题的能力
