3. 了解GNSS，视觉，磁力计等传感器工作原理，精通组合导航算法；
4. 编程能力强，熟练掌握基于嵌入式系统的C/C++/python等编程语言的算法实现及优化；
5.工程能力强，具备较强解决算法性能问题能力，乐于接受新事物和新挑战；
6.具备较强的团队协助和沟通表达能力；追踪学术/产业前沿，具备较强的学习能力。
