任职要求：
教育背景：本科及以上学历，211/985优先，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业。
工作经验：1~3年 Java 开发经验，有大型项目开发经验者优先。
专业技能
①熟练掌握 Java 语言，具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉常用的设计模式。
②精通 Spring 框架，包括 Spring Boot、Spring Cloud 等，能够独立开发和维护微服务架构。
③熟悉 Kafka 消息队列，能够进行 Kafka 的配置、开发和性能调优，解决消息丢失、重复消费等问题。
④具备良好的数据库设计和开发能力，熟悉 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库，掌握 SQL 优化技巧。
⑤了解 Linux 操作系统，能够进行基本的命令操作和系统维护。
有在阿里云平台上进行开发、部署和运维的经验，熟悉阿里云的常用产品和服务，如 ECS、RDS、OSS、SLB 等。
⑥能够根据业务需求，合理选择和使用阿里云的产品和服务，进行系统架构的设计和优化。
⑦具备在阿里云上进行系统监控、故障排查和应急处理的能力。
其他要求：
1、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，积极主动，抗压能力强。
2、具备较强的学习能力和问题解决能力，对新技术有强烈的学习兴趣和探索精神。
3、有良好的代码规范和文档编写习惯，能够编写高质量的技术文档。
