（2）熟悉 MVC 开发模式，掌握至少一种开源PHP框架；精通 Laravel 优先。
（3）扎实的 SQL 知识，熟练使用 MySQL，具备索引优化、查询优化、存储优化经验及 PHP 缓存技术经验者优先。
3、能力素质：
（1）逻辑思维清晰，做事有条理，能独立分析与解决问题。
（2）工作积极主动，责任心强，具备学习能力和团队协作意识。
（3）有泛微OA平台运维开发经验者优先。
三、岗位职责：
1、独立完成项目功能开发与优化，高质量交付代码。
2、按时完成部门分配的开发任务，保证项目进度。
3、遵循编码规范，确保代码结构清晰、命名规范、逻辑严谨、冗余率低。
4、持续优化和维护现有系统，及时调整程序以满足业务需求
5、完成上级交付的其他工作事项
四、工作时间：
周末双休，9：00~18：00。
