岗位职责：
1、售前技术支持：
1）配合销售团队对接客户，提供国产代理元器件（如电源、MCU、模拟、分立器件等）的选型推荐、方案设计、原理图 / PCB 评审。
2）制作技术方案、应用笔记、参考设计，协助客户完成Design-in，推动国产器件替代进口方案。
2、售后技术问题解决：
1) 快速响应客户在样品测试、量产阶段的技术故障、兼容性、可靠性问题，提供根因分析与解决方案。
2) 必要时现场出差支持（珠三角为主，偶尔华东 / 华北），协调原厂资源解决疑难问题。
3、产品与市场管理：
1）负责国产代理产品线的技术推广、市场调研、竞品分析，收集客户需求并反馈原厂，推动产品优化。
2）建立与维护产品选型库、替代料数据库，定期更新国产器件替代型号信息。
4、内外部培训与协作：
1）对销售团队进行产品技术培训、应用案例分享，提升销售技术能力。
与原厂 FAE、研发、供应链保持高效沟通，确保技术信息同步与项目推进。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、电气工程、微电子、自动化等相关专业（大专优秀者可放宽）。
2、工作经验：
1）3 年及以上电子元器件 FAE 经验，有国产半导体代理 / 贸易商经验优先（如电源、MCU、模拟、分立器件领域）。
2）熟悉电子元器件选型、硬件电路设计与调试，能独立解决客户应用问题。
3、专业技能：
1）精通电源管理（AC-DC/DC-DC/LDO）、模拟电路、MCU、分立器件等至少一类国产器件的应用。
2）熟练使用示波器、万用表、电源、负载等测试仪器；能看懂英文规格书（Datasheet）。
3）掌握Altium Designer/Cadence等 PCB 设计工具，能进行原理图评审与 Layout 指导。
4、具备强沟通能力、客户服务意识、问题解决能力，能高效协调内外部资源。
5、工作积极主动、责任心强，能适应出差（每月约 2–4 次）。
6、有国产器件替代项目经验、原厂资源者优先，能接受出差。
