任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、通信相关专业，3年以上Java开发经验，*行业经验优先考虑；
2、注重代码质量、注重自我成长、注重解决问题的效率，有良好的工程素养；
3、热爱编程，有责任心和学习激情，具备良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能独立分析和解决问题的能力； 4、有扎实的Java编程能力,理解I/O、多线程、集合等基础 API；
5、熟悉数据库设计，熟悉Mysql、达梦、高斯等数据库，有较好的SQL编写及优化能力；
6、熟练掌握Spring、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、Redis、MyBatis等后端开源框架；
7、熟悉分布式系统下的消息中间件，如rabbitmg、 kafka等；
8、熟悉项目部署运维流程,熟练使用docker、jenkins等；
9、熟悉TCP/IP，HTTP/HTTPs,Websocket等协议。
