3、Java基础扎实，熟悉J2EE，熟练掌握开源框架，Spring/SptingBoot/SpringCloud/Mybatis，了解常用设计模式
4、熟练使用JavaScript、jsp、react、Vue具有web开发经验者优先
5、有高并发、高性能开发经验者优先
6、有良好的沟通合作技巧、较强的责任心
