岗位职责：
1、根据需求规格说明书，进行系统架构设计和详细设计，运用 Java 相关技术制定合理的技术方案，包括数据库设计、模块划分、接口定义等，确保系统的可扩展性、稳定性和安全性；
2、能独立分析和理解需求，并分解任务，制定开发计划；
3、根据项目计划，按时、保证项目质量、进行规范化、标准化编码和单元测试，完成开发工作；
4、对于开发过程的技术问题，能独立分析和解决；
5、与产品经理、设计师等密切合作，完成产品迭代升级。

任职资格：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历（综合条件好者可适当放宽），3年以上 JAVA 开发经验，了解常用框架的原理和机制；对 Spring、MyBatis 等开源框架熟悉；
2、 JAVA 基础扎实，理解 IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，对 JVM 原理有一定的了解；
3、熟悉Spring Boot/Spring Cloud等主流框架，具备良好的编程习惯；
4、熟悉Linux操作系统及常用工具及命令，能够在命令行环境下进行日常操作;
5、掌握并熟练运用主流数据库，如：Mysql、Oracle，Redis、ElasticSearch等，有数据库调优技巧；
6、具有良好的逻辑思维能力和问题分析、判断、解决能力，具有良好的沟通能力、需求理解能力和团队合作精神。
