4.具备 MES/WMS/AGV 调度系统、上位机管控系统等工业软件的开发落地经验，熟悉工控行业应用场景与技术体系，熟悉常见工业通讯协议，具备工控设备对接、数据采集与调度控制逻辑开发相关能力；有Unity 3D或web仿真开发经验优先。
5.熟悉信创环境，有在国产操作系统（如麒麟、UOS）上进行应用开发和部署经验者优先。
6.事业心强，善于思考遇事，讲究团队精神。
7.有较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，对现有产品技术有独到的理解和创新思想。
