岗位职责：
1、参与核心业务系统开发。
2、负责中医处方流转平台、智慧共享中药房系统等核心业务模块的开发与维护。
3、参与系统需求分析、数据库设计、接口设计及详细设计文档编写。
4、系统集成与接口开发，开发与第三方系统的接口集成，如医保、卫健委、检验检查系统、HIS接口、移动医疗平台等。
5、能够实现 HL7、FHIR、DICOM、XML、JSON 等常见医疗数据交换标准的数据对接。
6、协作与支持，与产品、测试、实施等团队紧密配合，保障系统按时上线。
7、为实施与客户支持提供必要的技术支持与文档。

任职要求：
1.学历背景，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、医学信息工程等相关专业优先。
2.工作经验，1 年以上Java开发经验，有医疗行业开发经验优先。接受出差。熟悉医疗业务系统，如HIS、EMR、LIS、PACS、医保接口者优先。熟悉区域医疗系统，如医疗数据中心、医共体/医联体建设者优先。
3.技术能力，精通 Java，熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis、Spring Cloud 等主流框架。熟悉主流数据库（如 MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server）及了解SQL 性能优化。有 HL7/FHIR、WebService、RESTful API等接口开发经验者优先。
4.医疗知识基础，了解医疗行业的基本业务流程，如挂号、就诊、医嘱、处方、医保结算、病历书写等。
5.综合能力，良好的编码规范意识和文档习惯。工作态度认真，有责任心，能承受一定的项目压力。具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神。

熟悉医疗数据安全、隐私保护（如等保合规、数据脱敏、权限控制）等方面内容。
