工作职责:
1.对各类活动进行安全风险评估，前期须对场地进行全面安全检查，包含不限于消防设施、疏散通道、电气设备及结构安全等方面，识别潜在安全隐患并提出整改要求，跟踪整改结果
2.根据活动规模性质和场地特点，制定详细的安全保障方案和应急预案，明确各岗位的安全职责和应急处置流程
3.与活动运营商、场地方、物业和属地相关部门等进行沟通协调，确保安全保障工作得到各方的支持与配合
4.负责活动现场的安全管理，协调安保、安检及特卫等相关人员开展安全工作，明确其工作任务和要求，并对其工作进行监督和指导
5.发生安全事故或突发事件，立即启动应急预案，组织人员进行应急救援、疏散引导等工作，并及时向相关部门和领导汇报情况
6.做好现场活动记录，包含不限于安全检查情况、岗位执勤情况、运营商监督管理及突发事件处理情况等，活动结束后形成安全报告
7.各项活动结束后进行安全工作复盘总结，分析存在的问题和不足，提出改进措施和建议
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历
2、有大型活动安全保障经验
3、较好的沟通协调能力
