负责厂区日常安全生产管理与监督，协助建立并运行安全管理体系，通过风险管控、隐患排查、安全培训等手段，保障生产活动安全、合规、有序进行。岗位职责：1、深入生产现场，开展日常安全巡查与专项检查，识别机械设备、电气线路、消防设施、化学品存储、特种设备等环节的安全风险，督促落实整改措施；2、协助开展危险源辨识与风险评估，推动双重预防机制落地；建立隐患排查台账，跟踪隐患闭环处理；3、组织新员工三级安全教育、岗位安全操作规程培训及应急演练；策划安全文化活动，提升员工安全意识；4、对动火、受限空间、高处作业等特殊作业进行现场条件确认，审批作业票证，监督安全措施落实；5、协助修订安全管理制度、操作规程及应急预案，配合完成ISO45001、安全生产标准化等体系内审与外部审核；6、参与突发事件现场处置，协助进行事故调查，分析原因并推动整改措施落地；7、维护“一人一档”安全培训档案、设备设施台账、劳防用品台账等，确保合规可溯。任职要求：1、专科及以上学历，安全工程、消防工程、环境工程、机械、化工等相关专业；2、有制造型企业实习、安全实训、应急演练组织或学生社团安全类项目经历者优先；3、熟练使用Office办公软件，能看懂平面布局图、工艺流程图者优先；4、具备较强的沟通协调能力、执行力和原则性，责任心强，抗压能力强，能严格落实EHS管理要求，善于发现并解决现场问题。
