岗位职责：
1.执行跨部门 GxP 系统验证项目，涵盖生产执行系统（MES）、实验室信息管理系统（LIMS）、仪器等核心系统的验证策划与落地。
2.制定、审核并维护全套验证文档，包括用户需求规格书（URS）、功能规格书（FS）、设计规格书（DS）、风险评估报告、验证计划、IQ/OQ/PQ 方案、追溯矩阵及验证总结报告等。
3.确保所有验证交付物严格遵循 GAMP 5 标准，提供完整合规的验证文件支持。参与供应商管理相关合规工作，审核供应商资质文件、系统相关认证协议及验证报告，开展供应商合规性评估与管控。
4.建立并维护系统全生命周期文档管理体系，组织验证文件的定期审核、版本更新及再验证活动，确保文档可追溯性与时效性。
5.主导验证团队的日常管理，包括工作分配、技能培训、绩效评估，搭建高效协作的团队氛围，推动验证流程持续优化。
任职要求
1. 计算机软件/计算机系统结构/制药工程专业本科学历，5 年以上医药 / 生物制药行业计算机化系统验证相关经验。
2. 具备 GxP 系统（MES/LIMS/SCM/QMS 等）验证全流程主导经验，熟悉生产、QC等业务模块的合规要求。
3. 熟悉GAMP 5、FDA 21 CFR Part 11、NMPA 等国际 / 国内监管标准，熟悉计算机化系统、数据完整性相关法规（中国、欧盟、美国），具备药监检查应对经验。
4.熟练掌握验证文档全生命周期管理，能独立主导 URS 至验证总结报告的编制与审核。
5.具备风险导向的验证项目管理能力，擅长资源优化配置与跨部门（生产、QC、IT、供应商）协同。
6. 具备基本的英语读、写能力，能审核、修改英文版验证文件。
