岗位职责
1、管理体系构建
（1）协助制定集团全域EHS战略规划，建立覆盖研发、生产、基建的全生命周期安环管理体系；
（2）协助ISO14001/45001体系认证及化工行业HSE标准落地，每年至少开展2次全集团合规审计；
（3）建立重大风险预警机制，针对化学品存储等关键环节制定"一企一策"管控方案。
2、协助跨基地管理
（1）负责对接、协助粤/鄂/常四大生产基地的安环标准化建设；
（2）协助搭建集团级安环数字化平台，实现各基地危险源实时监控与应急联动。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，应用化学、高分子材料等专业；
2、具备5年以上大型制造企业职业健康、环境保护管理经验；
3、具备中级注册安全工程师证书，有扎实的安全相关知识。
