岗位职责：
1、依据公司战略规划，制定部门中长期规划及工作目标，并负责落实。
2、根据国家相关法规及标准,组织制订或修订公司质量管理制度，构建全方位品质管理控制体系。
3、依据法规监管动态、行业发展趋势、公司运营需求，选择适宜的品质管理系统、体系、工具。
4、负责应对第三方，客户的质量体系审核。包括审核前的准备，审核过程中的陪同及审核后纠正和预防措施的制定及跟踪落实情况。
5、负责组织公司的内审，包括审核计划制定，审核的落实及审核后纠正预防措施的制定及跟踪落实情况。
6、负责公司法规及文案审核；负责实验室检测管理工作,对原料、半成品、成品检测分析进行指导、监督。
7、监督指导部门各岗位员工的日常工作，培训下属员工，提高团队整体素质。
8、做好客户质量投诉的原因分析与处理、资料的收集与统计、不合格原因的调查与评审，及制定纠正和预防措施等工作；
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，精细化工、食品工程、药学或相关专业背景；
2、具有8年以上化妆品公司质量管理工作经验,并有3年以上质量经理岗位工作经验。
3、精通质量管理体系、产品检验标准和产品质检相关知识；熟悉化妆品的生产过程，精通生产工艺，能很好的控制生产质量；
4、精通QC七大手法、TQM管理、五大工具运用，熟悉化妆品原料、包材、半成品、成品等的检验标准及检测方法，能预防和发现问题；
5、熟悉化妆品相关法规及105条审查要点；熟悉ISO22716、GMP、ISO9001，ISO14001等认证和改进，能独立对整个质量体系进行控制和改进；对化妆品行业标准和相关法律法规有较深入的了解；
6、具备良好的沟通能力，统筹及执行能力，抗压能力强；处理事情有预见性，对数据敏感，分析问题解决问题能力强。
