岗位职责
1、独立负责精密光机、光谱类等光电设备类研发项目全流程管理；
2、基于IPD体系开展项目立项、Charter输出、WBS拆解、里程碑管控、EVT/DVT/PVT阶段推进、TR技术评审、变更与基线管理；
3、统筹机械、电控、算法、测试、质量、供应链、NPI工艺跨部门产品团队，推进方案落地、样机调试、验证迭代、小批量试产导入；
4、识别技术风险、质量风险、供应链风险、进度风险，组织专题攻关，推动问题闭环归零；
5、向上对接管理层汇报项目进展、卡点、资源需求，保障项目按期、保质、按成本交付。
任职要求
1、985/211/双一流学校本科及以上，机械、机电一体化、自动化、光电、精密仪器相关专业；
2、工作有冲劲、有激情，具备强跨部门推动能力、问题闭环能力、抗压能力，可独立负责单项目全生命周期交付；
3、有2年及以上研发项目管理经验，有IPD完整项目操盘经验，有华为量产产品项目管理经验优先；
4、具备光谱仪器、光机平台、多轴运动、伺服/音圈/压电驱动设备项目经验优先；
5、具备良好的技术理解力，可识别方案风险、测试异常、机电耦合问题，能组织研发团队攻关；
