•标准化录入：按照专病库的数据标准项目特定要求、将数据录入电子数据库（如 EDC 系统或科室专病库系统）。
•数据清洗：核对原始病历与录入数据的一致性、标记缺失或异常数据、并反馈给科室老师补充或修正。
(2)质量控制与核查：
•逻辑核查：检查数据逻辑错误（如用药记录与诊断不符、时间线矛盾等）。
•源数据验证：对比电子数据与原始医疗记录（门诊/住院病历、检验单等）,确保数据可溯源。
•流程协调与沟通：配合科室与医学同事完成数据质控，协调沟通，协助解决质疑。
•随访管理：跟踪专病患者随访数据（如复发、生存状态、不良反应）,及时反馈更新数据库。
(3)合规与安全：
•隐私保护：确保患者身份去标识化（如匿名化编码）,遵守个人信息保护法。
•数据安全：确保院内以及专病库所有内部数据内容的安全性，遵守数据保护法规。
(4)培训与支持
•研究者培训：指导临床医生正确填写专病库所需的表单或电子系统。
•问题解答：协助解决数据录入或系统操作中的技术问题。
(5)报告与辅助分析
•数据提取：根据研究需求,协助导出专病库数掘供统计分析。
•初步分析：可能参与基础的数据整理或描述性统计（如病例分布、基线特征汇总）。专病库的特殊性
•疾病聚焦：需熟悉特定疾病的诊疗标准。
•长期追踪：专病库常需长期更新数据，定期确认专病库数据更新是否正常进行。
任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，临床医学、护理学、药学等相关专业优先；
2.有1年以上的CRC经验，参与过多中心临床试验且有肿瘤经验优先；
3.熟练使用办公软件，良好的沟通能力及逻辑思维能力；
4.性格稳重，责任心强，能够承受工作压力，具备团结合作精神；
有GCP证书的优先考虑，需要有眼科经验。
