岗位职责
1. 作为业务伙伴深度嵌入业务团队，搭建业财融合体系，负责多条业务线 / 产品线全周期财务管理，牵头经营分析、滚动预测、全面预算管理，输出经营复盘报告，识别业务风险与盈利优化机会。
2. 负责业务盈利模型搭建、项目投评、成本管控，支撑业务重大决策，推动业务经营指标达成。
3. 统筹集团多主体核算与合并相关管理工作，参与业财信息化建设，推进 ERP、BI 等财务系统落地与优化，用数据赋能业务。
4. 带领财务 BP 团队（10 人 +），搭建团队能力体系，做好人才培养、分工管理，持续提升团队业财服务能力。
5. 拥抱数字化与 AI 工具，落地 AI 在财务分析、数据处理等场景应用；配合集团财务相关专项工作，支撑集团经营管理需求。
任职要求
1. 硕士及以上学历，持有注册会计师证书（CPA）。
2. 财务 BP 实战经验 3 年以上，具备成熟业财融合思维；曾任职营收 50 亿及以上 TMT / 科技类企业，独立负责至少 2~3 条业务线 / 产品线完整财务 BP 工作。
3. 带过 10 人及以上财务团队，具备成熟团队管理、人才搭建经验；职业稳定性佳。
4. 精通经营分析、滚动预测、全面预算，可独立搭建业务财务分析体系；熟悉集团多主体核算、合并管理，拥有 ERP、BI 业财系统落地实战经验。
5. 具备盈利模型测算、项目投评、成本管控、经营复盘落地经验；积极拥抱 AI，拥有 AI 工具在财务工作中的实战应用经验；英文读写良好。
