岗位职责
1、设计、开发和维护基于 FastAPI 的高性能 AI 微服务；
2、构建基于 LangChain / LangGraph 的多步骤 AI 工作流与智能体系统；
3、集成和优化向量数据库（如 Weaviate、Pinecone 或 Milvus），实现高效的 RAG（检索增强生成）功能；
4、了解知识图谱，MCP，Function Calling、Skills等常见AI开发和应用技巧；
5、根据其他MIS系统的接口，开发公用MCP服务；
6、与 PostgreSQL 等关系型数据库协同工作，支撑 AI 应用的数据持久化与业务逻辑；
7、具有一定的需求分析和AI解决方案设计能力，能根据用户的需求提出可行、稳定的AI解决方案；
任职条件
1、精通 Python 编程，具备良好的代码规范和工程素养；
2、深入理解大语言模型（LLM）原理及其应用场景，有实际 AI 项目开发经验；
3、熟练使用 LangChain 和 LangGraph 构建状态化、多步骤的 AI 工作流；
4、熟悉 FastAPI 框架，能独立开发 RESTful API 服务；
5、有 PostgreSQL（或类似关系型数据库）使用经验，熟悉 SQL 及数据建模；
6、熟悉至少一种向量数据库（如 Weaviate、Pinecone、Qdrant 等），了解嵌入（Embedding）与相似性检索；
7、具备 Git、Docker、CI/CD 等现代软件工程工具链的使用经验。
加分项：
1、有 RAG、Agent、Function Calling、多智能体系统等实际项目经验；
2、熟悉 OCR、LlamaIndex、OpenTelemetry 等 AI 开发与可观测性工具；
3、了解大模型微调（Fine-tuning）、提示工程（Prompt Engineering）或模型评估方法；
