1、和团队一起开发，实现每个版本游戏内的玩法功能，持续维护、优化或重构游戏内现有玩法相关的功能和框架，提高表现、性能和稳定性，以支持更好的游戏体验；
2、与部门相关的上下游，如策划、美术等密切合作，提供专业的技术建议和解决方案；
3、参与或引导团队成员团结高效推进项目进度；
4、可以负责整块的功能或是独立的方向，构想、规划、推进以及维护该方向的工作；

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关学科专业；
2、3年以上游戏从业经历，其中至少1年以上Unity和C#的使用经验；
3、至少熟悉一款3D游戏引擎，对技能等玩法核心模块、玩法相关模块的多人联机同步方案有实际制作经验和系统性思考；
4、具备良好的工程设计能力与规范的编程风格，能熟练使用各种设计模式；
5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，自驱动的学习能力和分析解决问题能力，责任心强。
